Research

Objective:

Validate and quantify the channel's appeal to target audience and cable/DBS operators.

Programming Model

Objective:

Creation of a long-term model and pro-forma schedules that:

 
  • support channel identity,
  • appeal strongly to the target audience,
  • provide a variety of new programming on a regular basis,
  • maintain non-intrusive repeat/rotational patterns,
  • determine acquisition/original production strategies, and
  • generate a reliable and cost-efficient programming budget.

Financial Modeling

Objective:

Conservative financial assumptions and projections that validate the viability of an on-going profitable business.

Management/Talent

Objective:

Identify key management/talent who may be interested in becoming associated with the channel.

Presentations

Objective:
